The intelligent choice . . .
where friends and learning come together

These past few weeks we have had a lot of days that felt like spring but we all know
that there are winter weeks yet to come. Even with that, the library is gearing
up for spring! One of the less pleasant things about the spring months is tax time.
The library has received all of the Federal tax forms now and they are available
for you to pick up. Missouri forms are only available on line but you can access
them at the library and print them out. If you need tax filing help, Stone County

The Children’s librarians are busy lining up Saturday story hour presenters and the summer reading program. Plans are underway for the “Second Saturday” program which will run from June through September. The Table Rock Art Guild is busy preparing a special three dimensional soft sculpture which will be unveiled in April that will hang from the ceiling in the children’s reading area through the summer months.

Some of the popular authors’ books about to be shelved include The Thief by Clive Cussler, Mudwoman by Joyce Carol Oates, The Hunter by John Lescroart, Locked On by Tom Clancy and Death Comes to Pemberly by J.A. Jance. You can always check the library’s website to see what titles are available at www.kalib.org and see what else is happening at the library.
